Investing in Church Leaders

In September 2018 Heather and I visited  Kenya to teach a series of conferences for Pastors, Sunday school teachers, women, and seminarians. It was a truly life-giving time, affirming our joy in teaching and refreshing a calling to equip church leaders to lead and teach with integrity and passion.

Logos Ministries International invited us to make a second trip in March 2020 with the purpose of assessing the options for the development of their work and our future involvement with the project. 

​

Ironically no '2020 vision' anticipated a pandemic, and the flights were cancelled just a few days before departure.  

​

We've interpreted the interruption as gift. Within it we have discovered an unexpected opportunity to study, write, and teach in Scotland. Our hope and prayer is that we and our Kenyan rafiki will be more fruitful as a result.
